Delivery Policy

If you are not present at the specified address, we will deliver the order to anyone present at that address who will sign the invoice electronically or on a copy of the invoice. When anyone at the address signs for the delivery, it is considered that the customer has received the items listed on the invoice.

If the delivery reaches the specified address and we are unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to reschedule the delivery. The company is not responsible for any orders that are not delivered within 30 days from the date of the order.
